How an inquiry is kept
The form is stored so we can reply with structure options and the sample step.
The request collects your name, email, and the box specification. Company, country, phone, size, material, finish, destination, and notes are stored when you include them.
Each inquiry is saved in our own database and synced to our internal CRM. That record is how the specification is carried into quoting and sampling.
We use the details to reply to the request you sent. To correct a specification, send a new request from the form and we will match it to the conversation.
The site does not ask you to create an account.
